🎯 Experience Required:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (for all full-time roles)
• Freshers can apply for the Graphic Design Intern role
• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory for all roles
🎨 For Design Roles (Intern / Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer):
Candidates should have educational qualifications in any design-related field, such as:
• BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
• MFA (Master of Fine Arts)
• Graphic Design Diploma
• Visual Communication
• Applied Arts
• Any equivalent qualification in Graphic Design / Creative Design
🛠 Skills We’re Looking For:
Graphic Design Roles:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW (preferred)
• Canva / Figma
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and social media creatives
PPC Associate:
• Experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Campaign planning, execution, and optimization
• Keyword research and performance tracking
• Budget handling and ROI-focused strategy
Business Development Executive:
• Lead generation and client acquisition
• Strong communication and pitching skills
• Experience in agency sales / digital services sales
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
