Open Positions1. Graphic DesignerRole Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs for event branding, social media, presentations, stage backdrops, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with the event, production, and client servicing teams to bring event concepts to life through impactful visuals.
Responsibilities
- Design event creatives, branding elements, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Develop concepts for stage designs, event collaterals, and presentations
- Create visually engaging content for digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong creative thinking and visualization skills
- Experience in branding, social media, and print design
- Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field preferred
2. Production ExecutiveRole Description
We are seeking a highly organized Production Executive to manage event production operations and execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, supervise setup activities, manage logistics, and ensure smooth on-ground execution of events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event production requirements and timelines
- Manage vendors, fabrication teams, and technical partners
- Supervise stage setup, branding installations, lighting, sound, and AV arrangements
- Handle logistics and on-site coordination during events
- Ensure quality control and timely execution
- Monitor budgets and production schedules
Qualifications
- Experience in event production or operations management
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of event fabrication, AV, and technical production preferred
- Familiarity with Pune vendors and event markets is advantageous
3. Event InternRole Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Event Interns who are eager to learn the event management industry. This role offers hands-on exposure to planning, coordination, production, and client management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in event planning and coordination activities
- Support production and execution teams during events
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Help manage guest handling and event logistics
- Support social media and marketing activities when required
- Assist with post-event reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Passion for events and creative experiences
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event management is preferred
- Students or freshers pursuing/completing Event Management, Marketing, or related fields are welcome
4. Client Servicing ExecutiveRole Description
We are hiring a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional event experiences. In this role, you will coordinate with clients from briefing to execution while ensuring their objectives are achieved effectively.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and develop event concepts
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and event plans
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in client handling or account management preferred
