Role Description
B&A Global is hiring for multiple full-time, on-site positions based in Ahmedabad : Facility Manager, IT Executive, and Civil Engineer. As a Facility Manager, you will oversee building management, maintenance, compliance, and vendor coordination. The IT Executive will focus on system administration, IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and network security. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficacy across their respective domains.
Qualifications
- Facility Management: Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor coordination, safety regulations, and facility operations.
- IT Expertise: Proficiency in system administration, IT infrastructure maintenance, network security, and troubleshooting.
- Civil Engineering Skills: Competence in construction project planning, site supervision, regulatory compliance, and cost management.
- Problem-Solving and Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and resolve challenges effectively.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Educational and Professional Requirements: Relevant degrees or certifications in Facility Management, IT, or Civil Engineering, with practical experience in the respective field.
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in technology and tools related to respective roles is a plus.
