1. TCS - Rebegin Program:
Rebegin is an initiative by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to provide an opportunity to talented women professionals to give their careers a well-deserved jumpstart and rebegin their journeys towards achieving their true potential.
Program Highlights:
This initiative is open for women professionals from across India, who are looking to rebegin their careers after taking a break due to family/health/education/personal reasons.
Women candidates with atleast two years of relevant experience who have taken long breaks due to family and other personal circumstances can be considered under this initiative.
The objective of this initiative is to provide an opportunity for women professionals to get back to the arena and nurture their career with TCS.
2. Amazon - Rekindle Program:
Rekindle by Amazon is designed to reintegrate women into the corporate world with confidence and competence. It blends structured support with flexible options, helping you regain confidence. With mentorship, on-the-job learning, and guidance, They will equip you to rejoin the workforce.
Program Highlights:
The rekindle program is designed for women who have taken a career break of 12 months or more and are ready to re-enter the workforce.
Once you apply, They will help you to prepare for the interview & support you at every stage of the hiring process.
If you're selected, you'll join their rekindle orientation program, which will help you transition smoothly and set you up for success at Amazon.
3. Accenture - Career Reboot Program:
The Career Reboot Program by Accenture is an exclusive program helping women return to the workforce after a career break.
Program Highlights:
Women with a career break of over 24 months are eligible to apply.
Program duration depends on skill level, experience, and chosen track. Full-time tracks follow standard employment policies (not time-bound). Internship duration varies based on business unit and program structure.
Learning sessions offer flexible timings with self-paced options, but online/offline training schedules and project timelines must be adhered to.
Post-internship, HR guides candidates on open positions; employment offers depend on merit, performance, and assessments.
Reason for leaving the last organization is not considered - evaluation is based on merit, experience, and skillset relevance.
Mentorship and training extend beyond the program, available to all employees at every career stage.
Flexible work arrangements (part-time, flexible hours, work-from-home) are offered based on track choice, individual needs, and business requirements.
Additional training resources (e.g., everywomanNetwork, Catalyst) and internal learning boards are accessible to all employees.
Only one role application is permitted at a time for streamlined evaluation.
4. HCLTech - Returnship Program
Returnship Program by HCLTech To help Women IT professional train in emerging development technology/tools, along with core skills to restart their career.
Program Highlights:
Women Professionals from IT backgrounds who would like to restart their careers in high-demand programming languages.
The training program will refresh your existing skills and help you learn new technologies through training and mentorship with subject matter experts.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise:
Strong experience in programming languages and understanding of basic concepts
Good analytical and logical thinking capabilities
Willingness to cross-skill and upskill in any digital technology
Good communication skills
Excellent professional values
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Highly motivated graduates in any Information Technology or related field
Minimum of two years' work experience
5. Infosys - Restart with Infosys Program:
The 'Restart with Infosys' program aims to provide you with an opportunity to rejoin the corporate workforce and move your career forward.
Program Highlights:
The program is applicable for women professionals who have been on a career break for a minimum of 6 months. The program is applicable for jobs based in Infosys, India.
Women applicants must have more than 2 years of continuous work experience before the career break.
Based on your expertise, interest, and skill set, you may either be offered full-time employment or fixed-term employment with Infosys. Work-from-home options are also available.
All applications will undergo the selection process as defined by the Infosys Talent Acquisition team.
6. Jobs For Her Foundation, FutureMug & HerKey Program:
EmpowerHER - A fully sponsored program by Jobs for Her Foundation & executed by FutureMug in partnership with HerKey.
