MultiMedia Trainee: These roles are part of a 1-year trainee program under the Akshayakalpa Media Labs team.
The trainees will primarily be responsible for shooting and editing short videos from their
respective regions. The content they produce may include:
Brand experience stories (e.g., school programs, plastic recycling initiatives, etc.)
Good Food Movement documentaries
Customer testimonials and farmer stories
We are open to freshers, provided they have a basic understanding of filming, photography,
and video editing.
Program details:
Working week: 6 days
Duration: 1 year
Stipend: ₹35,000 per month
Location: Kodihalli (Tiptur), Chennai, Hyderabad
Training: The Akshayakalpa Media Labs team will conduct structured training sessions
every 3 months to help them improve their storytelling, filming, and editing skills.
Future opportunity: Upon successful completion of the program, trainees may be
absorbed as Video Associates within the Akshayakalpa Media Labs team.
This program is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity for young filmmakers to gain
real-world experience while working on meaningful stories related to food systems,
sustainability, and rural communities. It will also give them the chance to work closely with
farmers, nature, and grassroots initiatives.
