Are you a hands-on creative who loves turning ideas into powerful visual stories? We’re looking for a
Multimedia Team Lead who can not only create stunning content but also guide a team to deliver exceptional
results.
🎯 Role Overview
As a Multimedia Team Lead, you’ll work closely with clients, shape raw inputs into compelling narratives,
and lead a small team to bring ideas to life across video, motion, and visual experiences.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 designers
• Work hands-on across multimedia tools (video, motion, VFX, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients to define creative direction
• Transform raw content into structured narratives and visual concepts
• Drive end-to-end project delivery
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution
✅ What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia / motion graphics / visual content
• Strong expertise in tools like Adobe Suite
• Understanding of VFX, composition, and anamorphic content
• Ability to storyboard and craft compelling narratives
• Experience in client interaction and team leadership
✨ Good to Have
• Exposure to museum content, interactive spaces, or experiential projects
