Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create compelling, high-quality visuals across digital and offline channels. This role goes beyond design execution—you’ll be expected to understand how design influences perception, engagement, and conversion.
You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and events teams to deliver creatives that are not only visually strong, but also aligned to business goals and campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design execution across client and internal projects - from concept to final delivery
- Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and event branding
- Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across multiple brands and projects
- Create marketing assets such as banners, brochures, decks, ads, landing page visuals, and event collaterals
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively.
- Design for performance - optimize creatives for engagement, readability, and conversion
- Adapt designs across formats (desktop, mobile, print, social) ensuring consistency and responsiveness
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Proactively suggest creative improvements and new visual directions
- Maintain organized design systems, templates, and reusable assets for scalability
- Prepare final files for print and digital delivery with accuracy and attention to detail
Core Skills & Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Ability to translate concepts into clean, impactful visuals
- Understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and landing page design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Tool & Platform Proficiency
- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- UI/UX Tools: Figma / Adobe XD
- Presentation Tools: PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Collaboration: Canva (for quick adaptations), Notion / Trello (or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a marketing agency or handling multiple brands
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives (ads, CTR-focused design)
- Familiarity with print production and vendor coordination
