Role Overview
As a Video Editor & Multimedia Executive, you'll be responsible for bringing our content to life—from shooting videos inside the clinic to editing high-quality, engaging content for social media and YouTube.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, understands social media trends, and can independently manage the end-to-end video production process.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
● Edit Reels, Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos
● Create engaging doctor-led educational videos and patient success stories
● Add subtitles, graphics, animations, transitions, and sound effects
● Optimize videos for different social media platforms
● Maintain consistent editing style aligned with the brand
Shoot & Content Production (Approx. 50%)
● Shoot in-clinic content with doctors, patients, and staff
● Record interviews, testimonials, events, and educational videos
● Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment
● Coordinate with the marketing team to execute content plans
● Suggest new video formats, storytelling ideas, and content trends
● Ensure brand consistency across all video content
Required Skills
● 2.5-4 years of professional experience in video editing
● Strong understanding of short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
● Experience shooting with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones
● Good understanding of framing, lighting, and audio recording
Proficiency in:
● Adobe Premiere Pro
● Adobe After Effects
● Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (basic knowledge is a plus)
● Other tools
● Knowledge and use of AI is welcome
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
● Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills

● Have worked with healthcare, wellness, or personal brands
● Stay updated with social media trends and viral editing styles
● Can contribute creative concepts during content planning
● Understand YouTube thumbnails, retention editing, and audience engagement
