Job Description

VXI Global Solutions Llc is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our Recruitment Marketing team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content materials for talent scouting and recruitment marketing initiatives. Your creative expertise will be utilized in crafting static and video ads for social media, emailers, posters, flyers, and various out-of-home advertisements. You will also collaborate with VXI's Application Development team to design internal Talent Acquisition-related web tools. Responsibilities

Develop graphic and animated materials based on stakeholder requirements within given deadlines.

Design clear and engaging visual communication materials for both print and digital platforms, such as digital ads, emailers, posters, and pull-up banners.

Adhere to VXI Branding Guidelines for all graphic and animated outputs.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather relevant information for artwork requests.

Work with the Creatives team to transform messaging concepts into impactful marketing materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts and Design, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia design.

Proficient in software design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of Autodesk MAYA.

Skilled in Motion Graphic Animation; knowledge in conducting photo and video shoots is preferred.

3D modeling skills are a plus.

Comfortable managing multiple deliverables and deadlines.

Up-to-date with current design trends and creativity in executing concepts.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Energetic, task-oriented, and creative with a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills and the desire to share knowledge within the team.
