Role Description The Multimedia Designer cum Video Editor will design and produce multimedia content, including motion graphics, visual effects, and edited video assets for various projects and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals, creating storyboards, designing graphics, assembling raw footage, adding sound and effects, and ensuring cohesive storytelling aligned with project requirements. The role also involves close collaboration with animators, VFX artists, and project leads to maintain consistent visual quality and meet deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring regular presence at the studio for team coordination and production work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software).
- Strong video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, color correction, and audio synchronization.
- Experience creating motion graphics, basic 3D elements, and integrating VFX into video content.
- Ability to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and mood boards to support project planning.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, timing, and pacing.
- Attention to detail with the ability to review and refine assets to meet quality standards.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional creative teams on-site.
- Relevant education in animation, multimedia design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in VFX, animation studios, or media production environments is an advantage.
