About the Role
We are looking for a creative and politically aware Multimedia Designer to join our media team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, an understanding of current political trends, and the ability to design engaging content for digital and print platforms that resonates with the audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design political campaign materials including posters, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and short-form visual content
- Work closely with content writers, video editors, and campaign managers to develop cohesive and impactful visual communication
- Create designs aligned with political messaging, party ideology, and campaign objectives
- Edit and enhance images or visuals to ensure brand consistency and high visual impact
- Manage multiple design projects with quick turnarounds during campaigns or events
- Stay updated on political trends, social media styles, and audience sentiment to create relevant and appealing designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in graphic design
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and political awareness
- Understanding of colour theory, typography, and core design principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and political campaign styles
