The Assistant Recruitment Manager (ARM) will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment professionals, including couple Team Leaders (TLs) and their respective teams (ranging from 6-12 team members). The ARM will also handle client relationships, drive revenue generation, and ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with client needs and company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams, handling clients, and driving revenue growth within a recruitment environment.
