About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and imaginative Multi-Media Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our brand — crafting compelling content across digital, print, video, and social platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into striking visuals that engage audiences and elevate our brand presence.
Success in this role means delivering consistent, high-quality creative work on time, contributing proactively to campaigns, and continuously raising the visual bar across all touchpoints. This is a cross-functional role at the heart of our creative operations, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our brand is seen and experienced by the world.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets across multiple formats including digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Edit and produce short-form video content for social media, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual communications and design deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas to campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Prepare and package final design files for print, digital, and web production.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs efficiently through review cycles.
- Partner with external vendors, photographers, and content creators when required to execute large-scale campaigns.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Qualifications
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid grasp of visual design principles — typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for multiple formats and platforms including web, mobile, print, and social media.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience paired with a strong, diverse portfolio will also be considered.
Experience
- 3 or more years of professional experience in a multi-media design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
- Demonstrated experience working across both digital and print media.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to brand identity projects.
- Prior experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is strongly preferred.
Good to Have — Motion Graphics & Animation
Candidates with experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, or kinetic typography will be given strong preference. As we continue expanding our video and animated content output, this skill is increasingly valuable to the team. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or Cinema 4D is a significant advantage. Even a foundational understanding of animation principles and timing will set a candidate apart.
