Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
● Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with global brand direction and performance objectives.
● Ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines, timelines, messaging consistency, and quality standards.
● Adapt global marketing strategies to local market conditions (audience behavior, language, and platform trends).
● Act as a key liaison between regional teams and global marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment.
● Translate marketing objectives into clear briefs for internal teams and external partners.
● Coordinate campaign execution across key channels including Google Ads, paid social, and display platforms.
● Ensure correct implementation of creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and tracking systems.
● Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations within defined strategic frameworks.
● Report performance using standardized KPIs and provide actionable insights.
● Maintain accuracy of product feeds and campaign assets using Google Merchant Center.
● Support campaign tracking, tagging, and technical setup in collaboration with analytics and development teams.
● Review and validate media spend, budgets, and related documentation where required.
Required Skills
● Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Paid Social).
● Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
● Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
● Experience managing budgets with a focus on efficiency and return on investment.
● Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
● High attention to detail across campaign execution (ads, landing pages, tracking, product feeds).
● Ability to execute global strategies effectively within local market environments.
● Strong organizational and project management skills (planning, timelines, prioritization).
● Familiarity with campaign tracking, integrations, and basic technical workflows.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining performance standards and deadlines.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Multi-Channel Acquisition Strategist. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and client acquisition. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, managing acquisition campaigns across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also monitor industry trends and use data-driven insights to recommend innovative approaches for achieving business goals.
Qualifications
