Role Description
The MuleSoft Partner Enablement team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Partner Enablement Architect who can drive the development of deep MuleSoft technical capability across the global MuleSoft Partner ecosystem. This will require increasing the depth of skills, product knowledge, implementation expertise, and MuleSoft approaches to consistently deliver customer success by the partner ecosystem.
Doing so will require you to create partner engagement content and programs and deliver them to the partner ecosystem across the globe via Webinars, Workshops, and Demo & Product Summits. You will need to work in tight collaboration with the Product Management, Engineering, and Solution engineering teams to gain insights, create content and distribute them to partners. You will also be the conduit between the Product teams and Partners on new product introductions (NPIs), new innovations and capabilities in MuleSoft Suite of Products covering Integrations, APIs, ACB, Agent Fabric, MCP, A2A, Automation, LLM Gateway and MuleSoft Vibes.
Responsibilities
- Build Broad and Deep MuleSoft Product and Implementation Capabilities in the Partner Ecosystem across all MuleSoft product areas, including Integration, APIs, Agents and Automation across all products (Anypoint Platform, Salesforce Flow, ACB, Agentic Fabric).
- Lead Partners on MuleSoft’s value and positioning in the next revolution of Digital Transformation using Agents+AI+Data+CRM and multi-cloud implementations.
- Enable Partners to leverage Assets and Resources from MuleSoft to maximize customer value delivered.
- Execute enablement programs using 1:Many, 1:1 interactions and using scale programs such as Pocket Guide, Partner Slack Channels, Learner Journeys, Salesforce Community and Learning Course on Partner Learning Camp (PLC).
- Embed MuleSoft Catalyst, our delivery approach in every partner and enable partner ecosystem to drive customer success using Catalyst.
- Build Reports, Analytics and insights on Partner Engagement, Capabilities, Capacity for consumption of internal stakeholders.
- Ensure Partner Ecosystem is fully aware and capable of successfully implementing all product capabilities across the Products(Anypoint Platform, Salesforce Flow, Agentic Fabric, AI Chain).
- Build Influencers in the Partner Ecosystem who are deep technical experts and enthusiasts using programs like Implementation Experts, Champions and Ambassadors.
- Assess partner capability across business development, technical, and delivery domains and accordingly plan enablement.
- Building 1:1 relationships with the technical and practice enablement executives within the Partner community.
- Create and deliver programs to expand the capacities of certified professionals in the Partner Ecosystem.
Requirements
- Passionate about partners, the role of partners in Salesforce’s success, and dedicated to building a robust Partner ecosystem.
- 12+ years of experience in consulting and implementing MuleSoft, preferably across industries. Exposure to Data Clouds, AI and Agents would be an added advantage.
- Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience and knowledge of use cases with one or more of the following:
- SaaS integration/iPaaS
- Large scale on-premise implementations. Experience with PCE is an added advantage.
- API management
- Agent Fabric and Agentic Architecture
- High scale implementations including Security, Observability, Monitoring and Operational resilience
- Enterprise architecture
- Cloud technologies and low code integration/automation solutions
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, Supply Chain and related application software domains
- You are MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect. Additional certifications would be an added advantage.
- A strong background in partner business with either a system Integrator, technology reseller, or a product company.
- Demonstrably excellent, context-specific, and adaptive communication and presentation skills across a variety of audiences and situations; established habit of proactive thinking and behavior and the desire and ability to self-start/learn and apply new technologies
- Create enablement content such as Webinars, Events, Demos, Workshops, and Product Summits for all Salesforce Products and Solutions.
- Deliver enablement sessions to the Partner Ecosystem using 1:1 and 1:Many formats as a Primary enabler for your region and support other regions when needed.
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and SMEs teams to build enablement programs.
- Align, Create Content, Support in creating multi-disciplinary content, and deliver enablement sessions on integration and automation themes towards the Salesforce Vision of AI+Agents+Data+CRM.
- Create and deliver enablement programs to help Implementation Expert aspirants to improve their chances of passing certification examinations.
- Work closely with Product Teams on New Product Introductions (NPIs) to determine the enablement needs and collaborate to deliver enablement to Partners.
- Manage and contribute to Scale Enablement programs such as Pocket Guide, Partner Slack Channel, Learner Journeys, and Partner Community Channels.
- Work with Partner Learning Camp (PLC) to create learning courses for top identified products, components, capabilities, and delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with Partner facing teams such as Partner Account Management and Partner Sales Success to align on Partner needs, gaps, enablement planning, and execution.
- Engage regularly with key partners to monitor the enablement process, new requirements, and future goals.
- Respond to specific Enablement needs and requests from the partners and provide specific advice and enablement.
- Participate in cadence meetings with Partner Account Management teams and Partner Practice Delivery teams to align on gaps, needs, and planning of Capacity and Capability of the Partner Ecosystem, with specific insights on key partners.
- Participate in cadence meetings with key Partners to gather, analyze, plan, and execute enablement programs.

- Executed enterprise pre-sales cycles (e.g., sales engineering, solution consulting, sales consulting)
