About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our team as an incremental resource to accelerate delivery on our FX Console and Suitability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft integrations to support FX Console and Suitability workflows
- Build and maintain production-level Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft connectors and APIs
- Manage and optimize integrations with financial databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and compliance
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions
- Work with onshore teams to accelerate delivery timelines within the existing Anypoint Platform architecture
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing APIs and integration flows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience (Anypoint Platform, Mule 4)
- Production-level Salesforce integration experience using MuleSoft — Salesforce Connector, SOQL, Apex callouts, or custom APIs
- Hands-on database experience, including stored procedure development, schema design, query optimization, and transactional financial data (Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, DataWeave 2.0, and API-led connectivity
- Proven ability to operate as the sole integration resource — full E2E ownership from requirements through production without architectural oversight
- Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with Business Analysts to gather, challenge, and validate technical requirements
- MuleSoft certification required (MCD Level 1 minimum; Level 2 or Platform Architect preferred)
- Available to start within 30 days
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services, FX, capital markets, or suitability frameworks
- Familiarity with compliance-driven integration environments (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting)
