Key Responsibilities*
- Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft-based integration solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Deliver assigned development tasks on schedule while meeting defined quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, refine user stories, and deliver high-quality integrations.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and provide timely and accurate status updates.
- Evaluate new MuleSoft features, technologies, or components and perform Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate feasibility.
- Provide delivery support for technical issues, production deployments, reviews, and escalations.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and implement workarounds as required.
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and automation guidelines.
- Contribute to practice growth initiatives such as interviews, mentoring, training, and operational excellence activities.
- Support proposal creation and proposal defense activities for practice and account growth.
