Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced MuleSoft Architect with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale integration programs where Salesforce acts as a key source and/or target system.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end architecture, solution design, and governance for API-led integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of API-led integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x).
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, Billing, OMS, and Data Platforms.
- Implement complex orchestration, event-driven integrations, Change Data Capture (CDC), bulk data synchronization, and real-time APIs.
- Define reusable integration patterns, enterprise governance standards, and API lifecycle management frameworks.
- Architect integrations leveraging Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security implementations including OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, and secure token management.
- Drive CI/CD enablement, environment strategy, and DevOps integration for MuleSoft deployments.
- Optimize performance for high-volume transaction processing and ensure scalability across distributed systems.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure solution assurance across transformation programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, program managers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in integration architecture and enterprise application integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x).
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with multiple enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity principles and microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful services, SOAP services, messaging systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Expertise in implementing enterprise security standards and performance tuning.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and DevOps practices.
- Strong stakeholder communication and solution articulation skills.
Preferred
- MuleSoft Architect or Developer certification.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
