Analyst / Senior Analyst - MIS

MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Individual will be responsible to understand the given requirements and work with the team on the automation projects. Work as part of a centralized team to produce, design, implement and support the developments of new dashboards or excel templates using VBA/Python/Power BI for process & reporting enhancement's/improvements. Work closely with business teams to understand the existing process and work on solutions to improve the overall process efficiency. Support the day-to-day BAU process teams in creating automated reports for better control & visibility. Proactive in identifying Data Quality Issues and driving both tactical and strategic data remediation (both for MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities) Identifying opportunities for improving our end-to-end customer experience Interact & communicate effectively at all levels and build strong working relationship on an ongoing basis with business and IT partners Develop internal controls and metrics to continuously monitor trends and data quality; implement processes to detect, correct and prevent invalid data or errors Drive decisions to ensure optimal solutions are based on both commercial and business requirements Support continual deep dive and trend analyses of data to provide Senior Management with key insights Support strategic projects to enhance the MI Reporting capability.
