Analyst, Data Support

The data support analyst will play a critical role in supporting the APAC Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA) team. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of the monthly BAU data load process to an MIS System called CHUB, monitoring and managing the teams shared inbox, and providing general support to the BIA team. The successful candidate will also assist with the creation of relationship and customers, user access provisioning, and system support, primarily for CHUB and GCRM platforms. Roles and Responsibilities: Monthly BAU Data Load Process: Execute and monitor the monthly data load process to ensure timely and accurate updates to the MIS System (CHUB) Perform data quality checks and resolve any discreprancies or issues Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address data related queries and escalations Shared Inbox Monitoring: Actively monitor and respond to inquiries from relationship managers and other stakeholders via the teams shared inbox Log, prioritise and resolve issues in a timely manner or escalate as needed CHUB General Support: Create and manage customer and relationship records in CHUB Provision and manage user access for CHUB users, ensuring compliance with data security policies Address and resolve CHUB-related queries and issues from stakeholders GCRM General Support: Provide system support for GCRM including managing records and resolving user queries Ensure data consistency and compliance within the platform Job Requirements: Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Alteryx and BI Platforms Knowledge of database management and data principles Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders across APAC Strong multitasking and time management skills Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and reliability in data Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience in data support, analytics or BI role Experience in corporate banking is an advantage
