Our facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties, including a satellite clinic for Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Moorfiels Eye Hospital.

About the Opportunity:

We are currently searching for a Junior Financial Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting and assisting the Finance activities within MH Dubai including but not limited to revenue reporting, variance analysis, cash flow reporting, Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Cost of Sales (COS) analysis and annual budgets. This role is also responsible for supporting the function’s strategic planning activities as well as assisting the implementation of efficient operational activities within the function to ensure the achievement of M42 assets’ strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist in revenue tracking, OPEX and COS reporting, and budget planning.
• Prepare key operational reports including bed utilization, length of stay, and productivity metrics.
• Analyze business cases for new medical equipment and cash price calculations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to handle large datasets in excel and to manipulate the data in excel to generate analytical reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Must have at least 3 - 5 years of progressive career experience in a Financial healthcare function or similar.
• Must possess a professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
