About the role

Analyze customer data and perform customer segmentation to design targeted campaigns. Develop strategies for managing product promotional projects tailored to customers in each sales channel, aligning with the department's marketing direction to achieve set goals. Develop strategies for Upselling & Cross-Selling. Design and propose suitable products for existing customers, such as coverage upgrades or supplementary products. Develop Cross-Sell and Upsell campaigns using customer data to maximize policy lifetime value. Collaborate with relevant departments such as Product, Underwriting (UW), Operations, and Channel to ensure effective campaign design and execution. Coordinate with various sales channels and existing agents/brokers to facilitate smooth sales processes. Track and analyze campaign performance to enhance and improve promotional projects. Create targeted marketing programs to gain new customers, up-selling or cross-selling. Develop marketing tools to attract and engage new and existing customers
