About the role
Meet with the team of apprentice leaders to identify and mitigate potential gaps in client engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with the client services team to assess and make decisions regarding the health of the engagement.
Work with other Apprentice Leaders (ALs) to prioritize high-priority business problems that require innovative solutions using first-principle thinking, mathematics, and technology.
Provide guidance and support for projects, including data engineering, architecture design, cloud capabilities, mathematical model building, evaluation, and operational support.
Engage with team members across various levels, addressing concerns and fostering an open work culture.
Collaborate with business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Mu Sigma University, Talent Management, and Delivery & Innovation to contribute insights and learn from their operations.
Attend meetings with India Leadership and client services leadership to discuss engagement progress, highlight key areas, and seek organizational support.
Engage with clients in late-evening discussions, present insights, and drive future pipeline development
Perform hands-on tasks, including brainstorming on projects, quality-checking code (Python/R/SAS or other technologies), preparing decks for insights delivery, and collaborating with leadership on new ideas and solutions.
