MTS IV - ServiceNow Developer (Telecom Domain)
Our client is a global leader in pioneering in-flight entertainment and connectivity solutions for the aviation industry. We're hiring an experienced MTS IV - ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer with deep JavaScript expertise and telecom domain knowledge. You'll lead advanced implementations in ServiceNow's telecom modules, focusing on Order Management and Network Inventory.
Open to strong candidates with transferable experience from Amdocs or Ericsson Inventory & Order Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy JavaScript-based solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Specialize in telecom modules: Order Management Technology (OMT), Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) and Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM).
- Customize workflows, integrations, and applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Handle end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production support for telecom workflows.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in software development.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting).
- Experience with at least one SNOW telecom module: OMT, TNI or TSOM.
- Strong grasp of telecom order management and inventory processes.
- Expertise in integrations and API architectures.
