Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Management Trainee – Operations Intern to support daily operational activities, inventory coordination, vendor management, and process optimization. This role offers hands-on exposure to backend operations in a fast-paced D2C brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily order processing and fulfillment coordination
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
• Support vendor communication and follow-ups
• Track dispatch timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards
• Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and customer support teams
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Final-year student (BBA, BMS, B.Com, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
