What You'll Do
If you qualify for the program and secure a placement, you will join an organization as an mthree Alumni. Your work will include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. In addition to hands-on coding, you will contribute to optimizing applications that are part of critical systems, including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms.
From day one, you'll work as part of a global team, gaining invaluable experience and insight into how high-performing companies operate.
Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, ensure you meet the following requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM disciplines.
Academic consistency with an aggregate score of 60% or higher and no active backlogs.
Strong programming knowledge in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C++, or others.
Competitive coding experience will be considered an added advantage.
Familiarity with software engineering principles such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Multithreading.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and concepts of test-driven development.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
