Description
Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking qualified candidates for an HR Assistant for a summer opportunity. Gain real-world experience in recruiting and onboarding. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our busy hiring season and help create a smooth, positive experience for new employees. You’ll play a key part in helping us attract and welcome new talent during one of our busiest seasons. This is a great opportunity to build HR skills and learn recruiting processes.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with posting job openings and managing applicant flow
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new-hire packets and gathering required documentation
- Help maintain accurate employee records and digital files
- Communicate with hiring managers to ensure timely follow-up
- Provide general administrative support to the HR/Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
