Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Management Trainee (MT) Manager. The MT Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring management trainees, creating training modules, overseeing their professional development, and aligning their assignments with organizational goals. Duties also include coordinating departmental rotations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering growth opportunities for trainees, ensuring future leadership readiness in alignment with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to effectively manage a team of trainees
- Knowledge of organizational development practices and experience in creating professional training programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in food technology or a related industry is preferred
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
