As a Guidewire consulting generalist at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will apply an in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees managed services operations for selected Clinical Applications, including break/fix support, configuration maintenance, and system stability. Serves as liaison between clinical/business users and IT. Leads and mentors a team of senior and junior application analysts. Manages team workloads, ensures SLA adherence and project timelines, drives operational planning, and liaises with other PwC and Client teams. Identifies and escalates potential systemic issues to leadership.
Mentoring & Team Leadership
Leads and mentors entire analyst teams, sets operational standards, and fosters professional development. Conducts performance reviews.
System Configuration & Maintenance
Oversees complex configuration changes and maintenance activities across Clinical Applications and the broader IT ecosystem. Directs team of analyst resources to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Serves as escalation point for critical troubleshooting; drives system testing strategy for upgrades and patches. Leads command centers during major maintenance events and go-lives.
End-User Support & Training
Oversees support operations and training programs, ensures adoption, and aligns support strategy with enterprise needs and SLA commitments.
Documentation & Collaboration
Ensures documentation standards, maintains operational governance, and facilitates collaboration across IT and operations.
Analytical & Technical Skills
Advanced technical and analytical expertise; shapes Clinical Application support strategy and optimization roadmap. Expert in Clinical Application architecture, integration, and upgrades.
Communication Skills
Leads communication with executives, client representatives, and cross-functional stakeholders regarding service performance, system health, and operational priorities.
Global Collaboration & Handoffs
Establishes and governs the shift handoff framework between India and US-based teams, including handoff templates, escalation protocols, and async documentation standards. Ensures team adherence and drives continuous improvement. Serves as primary coordination point with onshore leadership for operational continuity and service delivery across time zones.
Healthcare Knowledge & Domain Expertise
Expert-level healthcare knowledge with ability to align Clinical Application support capabilities to clinical and operational strategies.
