About AIMRPX
AIMRPX (Asset Innovation & Management) is being built as a new-age firm focused on
building, scaling, and owning assets. The MSME vertical is a core part of this vision, where the goal is to work closely with businesses, improve their systems and profitability, and eventually build long-term partnerships.
We are currently in the
0 → 1 stage, building the MSME consulting and partnership model from scratch.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
MSME Expert who understands the ecosystem deeply and can help design and build a
complete MSME consulting and growth model for AIMRPX.
This is
not a traditional consulting role.
This is a
builder role, where you will work closely with the founding team to:
- define the MSME business model
- design service offerings
- build initial client pipeline
- help execute early projects
This role is ideal for someone who wants to
build something from the ground up and participate in long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create the AIMRPX MSME consulting and partnership model
- Design end-to-end service offerings (diagnostic, growth systems, advisory, partnerships)
- Identify and build relationships with MSME founders and business owners
- Help acquire and onboard initial clients in the Bhubaneswar ecosystem
- Work on structuring consulting + revenue share + equity models
- Contribute to building execution frameworks across marketing, finance, operations, and growth
- Support delivery of early-stage consulting engagements
- Build partnerships with local agencies, consultants, and ecosystem players
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in MSME consulting, business advisory, or working closely with small businesses
- Strong understanding of MSME challenges (finance, operations, growth, market access, etc.)
- Familiarity with the local business ecosystem in Bhubaneswar / Odisha is a strong plus
- Ability to think in terms of business models, not just execution tasks
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in an early-stage environment with uncertainty
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Engagement Model (Important)
- This is a purely revenue-sharing role
- No fixed compensation in the initial phase as the business is being built
- Earnings will be linked to:
- consulting revenue generated
- client engagements closed
- long-term partnerships (revenue share / equity)
This role is suitable for individuals who are
willing to take ownership and build long-term upside, rather than seeking immediate fixed income.
