Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Murshidabad, where some work from home is acceptable. The MSME Area Manager will oversee and manage micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) business operations within the assigned area. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new MSME clients, managing existing client relationships, meeting business growth targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves team management, guiding and mentoring team members, conducting market analysis, and contributing to the development and execution of business strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development
- Strong knowledge of financial products, credit appraisal, and risk assessment for MSMEs
- Excellent skills in team leadership, mentoring, and coordination
- Strong analytical, market research, and strategic planning abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation
- Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or MSME operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
