Qualifications:
At least two year in a clerical role, filing, or in data entry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft office
Strong computer and typing skills (30 WPM)
Must be reliable and punctual
Team player with a strong work ethic
Be positive and have a driven attitude
Experience with CRM systems and there best practices
Responsibilities
- Retrieving monthly credit reports, ensuring credit reports are up to date and ready for processing
- Maintaining the accuracy of files and documents.
- filing, labeling, and organizing documents and ensuring they are easily accessible for retrieval.
- Responding to requests from colleagues or external parties to locate and retrieve specific documents or files promptly.
- Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and records documents. Ensuring documents are in the correct format
- Verifying paperwork & files. Making the necessary corrects as needed.
- Creates new files and provide the needed information on a clients file
- Secure and protects the privacy of documents & files
- Performing periodic audits to ensure that files are up-to-date and complete
- Ensuring the integrity of records by making sure they are up to date, accurate, and free from mistakes/errors.
- Data entry, and Records tracking
- Looks for ways to improve filing systems
