Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Tester with strong expertise in ERP testing, business process validation, and UAT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery across D365 F&O implementations by executing comprehensive testing cycles, validating integrations and data, and collaborating closely with functional, technical, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for D365 Finance & Operations
- Understand and validate end‑to‑end business processes across Finance and SCM modules
- Review functional design documents (FDDs) and business requirements for test coverage
- Create, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
- Validate data migration results including data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation
- Test customizations, extensions, workflows, reports, and integrations
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps / JIRA, and coordinate resolution
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go‑Live phases
- Perform post‑deployment validation and production support testing
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, and documentation
