Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics (MSD) CRM Technical Consultant with Field Service expertise to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), with a strong focus on Field Service module.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Development
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) including modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Extend CRM functionalities using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Design and implement integrations with external systems (ERP, third-party APIs).
Field Service Expertise
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service module
- Work on:
- Work Orders, Agreements, Scheduling
- Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Mobile application configuration
- Customize Field Service forms, entities, and workflows based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot Field Service applications and improve performance
