Job Title: MSD CRM Developer (Power Apps)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MSD CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Connectors, Environments).
- Develop, customize, and deploy solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud).
- Build and maintain CRM components including:
- Plugins
- Workflows
- Business Process Flows
- Business Rules
- Actions
- Custom Workflow Assemblies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and support to development teams in handling complex implementations.
- Develop integrations with external systems using web services/APIs.
- Contribute to defining reusable architecture patterns and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Pages / Portals
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
- Proficiency in:
- .NET (C#)
- JavaScript
- Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
- Good understanding of CRM architecture and customization.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (client-facing and internal).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in defining architecture standards and reusable components.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (added advantage).
