Job Title
Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer
Experience: 8–10 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a Power Platform Support Engineer to provide Level 2/3 support for applications built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting users, maintaining system performance, and assisting with deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse.
- Troubleshoot issues in forms, workflows, plugins, and Power Automate flows.
- Analyze and resolve system errors, performance issues, and failures.
- Monitor system health, usage, and integrations.
- Manage deployments across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
- Support users with access, roles, and application usage.
- Document issues, solutions, and standard procedures.
- Work with developers and business teams on improvements.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform support.
- Good knowledge of:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Dataverse (tables, relationships, security)
- Power Automate (flows, error handling)
- Plugins and basic C#/.NET
- JavaScript and Web Resources
- Experience with debugging tools and logs.
- Familiarity with ALM, solutions, and deployments.
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps or Git.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus).
- Knowledge of PCF controls or TypeScript.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
