Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (Remote, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement customizations in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps.
- Develop server-side custom extensions (plugins, custom workflow activities) using C# and client-side form scripts with JavaScript/Web Resources.
- Build Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (model-driven/canvas), Power Automate flows, and Dataverse customizations to automate business processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Webhooks, and ETL tools (SSIS/Scribe) ensuring secure, reliable data exchange.
- Manage ALM and deployments using solution packaging, solution checker, and Azure DevOps pipelines; own environment deployments, configuration, and release notes.
- Lead data migration, troubleshoot performance issues, implement security roles, and produce technical documentation and unit test coverage for delivered solutions.
