About us mscope is an early-stage startup applying proprietary AI to Microeconomics & Finance to help investors identify highly promising SMEs and accelerate their growth.We elaborate market intelligence by identifying, classifying & qualifying high growth SMEs based on a sophisticated, proprietary methodology.

To do this, we use cutting-edge technology: AWS services, EMR Cluster for Big Data, exploitation of AI models with Pyspark processes, web dev environments with Spring Boot servers & Java 11, React & Redux fronts..We're an ambitious, talented & international team of 20 eager to build high quality solutions with radical impact on the economy & society.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to strengthen our Tech Team.

• Develop data cleaning, summarization, and validation techniques
• Optimize Big Data processing
• Maintain & evolve the data solutions developed
• Work with multiple structured and unstructured data sources

• Relevant experience with SQL / PL-SQL
• Relevant experience with Python
• Relevant experience with ETLs & E/R models
• Relevant experience working with Data & Development teams
• Experience with Pyspark
• Basic experience with AWS services (EMR, Lambdas,…)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Relevant experience working in with financial dataThis gives extra points
• Basic experience with data science environments
• Basic experience with Vector database
• Basic experience with scraping engines
• Experience in ETLs environment like AWS Glue, Talend Studio or similar Conditions
