About the role
The MSCI Fixed Income Index Management Research Team is part of the MSCI Research & Development Group and is responsible for managing and enhancing all MSCI Fixed Income Index methodologies. This global team operates across multiple locations, including New York, Toronto, Mumbai, and Monterrey. The key responsibilities of the team include:Creating, managing, and enhancing MSCI's Global Fixed Income Index suite.Collaborating on the research and development of new index products while working with teams across Research, IT, Data, Product, and Coverage.Conducting index rebalancing and responding to client queries related to index methodologies.Handling key client interactions such as conducting index consultations and engaging in the creation and launch of new custom index products.Participating in projects related to Index Management Research, including proposing enhancements to existing index methodologies, processes, and applications.
