Senior Director, Human Resources

The Senior Director, Human Resources will report to the CHRO and be responsible for leading and driving the HR strategic vision and operations across the MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys businesses. The Senior Director will partner closely with the business to ensure that the HR strategy and operations are aligned to support the current and future talent and organizational needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a high-performing HR team, as well as a track record of driving HR excellence to support a complex, fast-paced and global business.
