About the role

As a Human Resources Coordinator on our cruise ships, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of crew management. This includes monitoring crew records, assisting with crew training and development, processing crew travel arrangements, and responding to crew inquiries. You will also help with the recruitment and onboarding of new crew members. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall well-being of the crew by organizing events and activities. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or maritime industry would be advantageous.
