Role And Responsibilities

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive product demos to showcase the value and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop and present tailored proposals that address customer requirements and highlight the benefits of our solutions.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and features.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales and Marketing from an institute of repute.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
