# Job Description:
Cloud Support Engineer (6-9 Years)
- Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad
- Work Schedule:** 24/7 Support (Shift-based) with 5 days’ work from office

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Client-approved Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates, modules, and configurations per PwC and Client approved operations guide.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IaC deployment issues such as failed stacks or configuration drift.
- Document, maintain, and update IaC patterns, modules, and runbooks in customer-approved repositories.
- Provide operational feedback to Clients on IaC standards based on performance, risk, and maintainability observations.
- Perform Level 2 investigation and remediation for Azure alerts and incidents assigned by PwC’s Technical Operations Center (TOC) or Service Desk.
- Escalate incidents to Client, application teams, or third parties following PwC escalation procedures when required.
- Provide incident summaries and participate in post-incident reviews ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Manage enterprise monitoring tools and ITSM platforms to administer Azure incident and alert management.
- Coordinate Azure service patching, configuration changes, and maintain patching calendars as per client policies.
- Execute change management tasks including patch application, maintenance windows, and configuration updates per approved procedures.
- Approve and review Azure patch plans, security policies, risk posture, and business impact considerations.
- Conduct functional testing and business validation post-patching or configuration changes.
- Maintain financial ownership and responsibility for Azure accounts, subscriptions, and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with cloud architecture principles, security policies, and governance standards.
Preferred
- Azure certifications related to cloud administration (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400).
- Familiarity with CMDB, Configuration Repositories, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
- 5 days working from office with shift flexibility to support 24/7 client environment.
