Job Description – Command Center (L1.5 App & Infra Support) – Associate
Additional Responsibilities
Support Command Center operations by performing L1.5 application and infrastructure monitoring, alert validation, and initial troubleshooting. Assist in ensuring system availability and timely incident response while coordinating with L2/L3 teams for resolution.

B. Tech CS / IT, BCA, BSC (Comp. Science)
Minimum Years Of Experience
2 to 4 Year(s)
Certifications Required
ITIL v4 Foundation; Basic Linux/Windows knowledge;
Certifications Preferred
Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP); Monitoring tools exposure;
Required / Mandatory Knowledge/Skills
Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds;
Perform initial alert validation and basic troubleshooting before escalation;
Assist in incident triage and ticket logging with proper categorization and prioritization;
Analyze logs and alerts to identify potential issues;
Support batch job monitoring (Autosys, Control-M) and escalate failures;
Execute standard runbooks and SOPs for known issues;
Perform routine health checks for applications and infrastructure;
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue resolution;
Maintain monitoring dashboards and update status reports;
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines for response and escalation;
Document incidents, updates, and actions in ticketing tools;
Support release monitoring and basic validation post-deployment;
Participate in 24x7 shift rotations;
Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates ability to follow SOPs and runbooks effectively;
