The Offshore Lead / Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and warehousing solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), T‑SQL, SSIS packages, and Fabric Warehouse. The role requires strong hands‑on development expertise, along with leadership in guiding offshore development teams and ensuring adherence to architectural and coding standards. The individual will collaborate closely with onsite architects and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and performant data solutions. Additionally, the role includes code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting release and deployment activities.
