MS Dynamics Lead Developer
Location: Noida / Permanent Remote (WFH)
Experience: 7+ Years
Max Salary: 22 LPA
We are scaling our digital transformation team and looking for 13 expert MS Dynamics Developers to lead end-to-end technical designs and mentor high-performing teams. You will drive proof-of-concepts, enforce technical standards, and deliver robust solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers; provide architectural guidance and enforce MS best practices and TDD principles.
· Solution Design: Lead technical design for D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform. Define data models, integration patterns, and evaluate emerging technologies.
· Development & Integration: Oversee high-quality configurations and code using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PCF Controls.
· Cloud Ecosystem: Manage integrations via Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and App Services.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Technical Skills & Requirements
· Core Dynamics: Expertise in D365 Sales, CRM, Power Pages (Liquid), and Power Apps.
· Customization: Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Custom Web Applications.
· Data & Integration: Strong proficiency in SSRS, SSIS, and Outlook integration.
· Process Automation: Advanced use of Power Automate and Azure Integration Services.
· DevOps: Solid experience with CI/CD and ALM pipelines via Azure DevOps.
· Methodology: Proven experience in Agile environments and working with global virtual teams.
