Role Description
We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Technical professional for a contract-based, remote position. The primary responsibilities include implementing, customizing, and maintaining the MS Dynamics CRM platform to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure optimal CRM performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes, data integration, and reporting capabilities to support sales and customer relationship objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise, including implementation, customization, and maintenance of MS Dynamics CRM
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems
- Effective Communication skills to interact with stakeholders, document requirements, and present solutions
- Experience in Sales, with knowledge of how CRM systems can enhance sales processes
- Project Management skills to coordinate and deliver technical solutions on time
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
- Relevant certifications and experience working with MS Dynamics CRM are preferred
