MS Dynamics CRM Software Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations
- Customize entities, forms, dashboards, and reports based on business needs
- Integrate CRM with third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET technologies
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Web API, RESTful services, and integrations
- Understanding of SQL Server and database concepts
- Knowledge of CRM customization and configuration
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure services
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
