Job Description – MS Dynamics CRM Developer (.NET)
Role: MS Dynamics CRM Developer with .NET
Experience: 8+ Years
Work Mode: Remote
Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Notice Period: Immediate
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer with strong .NET development expertise to design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The candidate will work on custom development, integrations, and scalable CRM implementations, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Online, Power Platform, and integrations, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 applications
- Implement Dynamics 365 Online solutions with strong architectural understanding
- Develop JavaScript/HTML web resources using Angular, jQuery, or similar frameworks
- Build plugins, custom workflows, Power Apps, and PCF controls
- Develop Power Automate flows, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
- Manage source control using Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps
- Configure CRM security roles, groups, and access control
- Integrate CRM with external systems using REST/ODATA/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver CRM solutions
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Online
- Strong .NET development experience
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Hands-on experience in CRM customization (plugins, workflows)
- Knowledge of Angular, jQuery, JavaScript
- Experience in CRM integrations using REST/ODATA/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps)
- Experience with source control tools (Git, TFS, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience in building scalable and secure CRM solutions
