Exigo is looking for a Full-time MS Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Consultant
As an MS Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions. This role involves customizing the system to meet the client's business requirements, integrating it with other applications, and providing technical support and guidance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years implementing or enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, or custom first‑party apps) and Power Platform components. Exposure to AppSource ISVs, Power Platform integrations, and Azure services is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Translate requirements into secure, performant technical designs and implement using C# plugins, custom workflow activities, actions, Power Automate, and JavaScript/TypeScript (form scripts, ribbons, command bars)
- Build PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls for advanced UI needs; extend model‑driven apps and custom pages
- Implement server‑side logic (plugins/steps, synchronous vs. asynchronous), business rules, and real‑time/automated flows
- Design Dataverse data models (tables/entities, relationships, polymorphic lookups, alternate keys) with appropriate security and consistency constraints
Integration & Data
- Design and build integrations using Dataverse Web API/OData, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Service Bus, Webhooks, and Virtual Tables
- Implement Dataflows / ADF / SSIS (KingswaySoft or similar) for ETL scenarios and data migration (masters, historical, and delta loads)
- Optimize API usage, implement retry/idempotency, and manage throttling and concurrency patterns
- Work according to the norms defined in the ISMS 27001 policy.
ALM, DevOps & Quality
- Implement solution layering, managed/unmanaged strategy, publisher/solution versioning, and connection references
- Set up Azure DevOps for source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (build, unpack/pack solutions, deploy to environments), and environment variables
- Author unit/integration tests (C#), test plans, and drive code reviews and static analysis
- Instrument telemetry (e.g., Application Insights) and perform performance profiling and root‑cause analysis
Delivery & Support
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos; maintain technical documentation (designs, runbooks, deployment guides)
- Provide L2/L3 support, defect triage, hotfixes, and performance tuning; ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with functional consultants on fit‑gap and config‑vs‑custom trade‑offs
Collaboration & Consulting
- Partner with functional consultants on fit‑gap, propose config‑vs‑custom trade‑offs
- Participate in estimations, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos; produce solution and deployment documentation
- Mentor junior developers; contribute to accelerators, frameworks, and best practices
Key Competencies & Behavioural Skills

- Delivery Predictability: On‑time feature delivery, change failure rate, deployment success rate

Functional
- Exposure to first‑party CE workloads: Sales (lead‑to‑cash), Customer Service (cases, SLAs, entitlements), Field Service (work orders, scheduling), Marketing (segments, journeys), or Customer Insights (nice‑to‑have)
- Understanding of business process flows, stages, approvals, SLA/KPI design, and standard sales/service KPIs
- Experience with multi‑region/multi‑currency, localization, and data retention/privacy considerations
- Ability to interpret functional designs, challenge assumptions, and propose simplifications leveraging Out‑of‑the‑Box (OOB) capabilities before customizations
Technical
- Languages/Frameworks: C# (.NET for plugins & custom workflow activities), JavaScript/TypeScript for client scripting, PCF development
- Platform: Dynamics 365 CE (model‑driven apps), Dataverse (tables, security roles, teams, field‑level security, business rules), Business Process Flows, Calculated/Rollup fields
- Integrations: Dataverse Web API/OData, Azure Logic Apps/Functions, Service Bus/Queues/Topics, Webhooks, Power Platform Connectors, Virtual Tables
- Automation & Orchestration: Power Automate (cloud/desktop), approvals, error handling, retry patterns
- ALM/DevOps: Solution segmentation, managed solutions, unpack/pack (PAC CLI/Power Platform Build Tools), Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines), environment variables & connection references
- Data & Reporting: Dataflows/ADF/SSIS (e.g., KingswaySoft), Power BI modeling (awareness), duplicate detection, alternate keys, bulk operations
- Security/Compliance: Role‑based security, teams/ownership, hierarchy security, field security profiles, DLP policies, environment strategy, audit/history; GDPR concepts
- Performance/Troubleshooting: Plugin trace logs, Application Insights, platform limits/throttling, query optimization (FetchXML), caching patterns
Others
- Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑driven), Dataverse plugins, Power Fx, Power Pages (portal)
- Azure: API Management, Key Vault, Storage, Monitoring; OAuth/AAD app registrations & permissions
- First‑party apps: Field Service, Customer Service swarming, Sales Accelerator, Omnichannel
- Testing: UI automation (e.g., Playwright/Selenium), solution checker, static analysis tools
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, story slicing/estimation, domain‑driven design concepts
Certification: PL-400, MB 200, MB 210, MB 240, MB 230, MB 600, AZ-900, PL-900 , Any power platform certification is a plus
Education: Bachelors / Masters -B.Tech / M.Tech / B.C.A / M.C.A
